Punch&Tool system

The unique Punch & Tool system is particularly suitable for the production of sheet metal and plastic parts and for mechanical laboratory samples as well as the production of small device series. 

For the Punch&Tool system there are currently 2 manual punches available with projections of 120 and 260mm. 
These punches have a clearance between the punch and the cutting plate of approx. 3.5mm

Furthermore, we produce 2 punching machines with a throat depth of 120 and 260 mm, which have a clearance of approx. 22 mm between the punch and the cutting plate.
When punching front panels, we have always encountered the problem that sheets have to be punched which are flanged at the edge.
(e.g. front panels that are bent on all sides so that they can be screwed to the side)

In preparation:

A further punch with 380 mm is in preparation. All have a high-precision punch guide. A stripper is supplied with each punch for the necessary stripping of the punched material 

The Punch&Tool system can be an excellent alternative, especially when the cost of larger complete moulds is very high. With the system's easy-to-produce templates, a relatively high level of accuracy is achieved for all perforations, even for larger quantities.  
However, it is important that all blanks have exactly the same dimensions and are inserted into the punching template without any play. The maximum tolerances should not be greater than 0.1 mm.
